was incorporated on 12th October 1988 to deal in oil and gas industry. EVOSS combines business skills, entrepreneurial strengths and quality with comprehensive capabilities to provide services in testing and manufacturing of wire rope and chain slings, refurbishment of containers, fire fighting equipment, marine, maintenance of building, pipe fitting, manpower, supervision and inspection, welding and NDT. The company is also capable in fabrication works and manufacturing of wire rope slings, metering skids and fire resistant doors for offshore platforms.

As a result of the efforts made by the management and staff, the company has successfully been awarded major and long term contracts with EPMI and Petronas Carigali for fabrication, testing and refurbishing of wire rope slings and manufacture of fire doors for offshore platforms. In August 1996, EVOSS was accorded and accepted by PETRONAS as one of the Vendors under Vendor Development Program (VDP).

ELITE VENTURES SDN BHD

was incorporated on 22nd July 1985 with initial objective to concentrate in supply of manpower and oilfield equipment to oil and gas industry and general trading. EV combines business skills, entrepreneurial strengths and quality with comprehensive capabilities to provide services in cleaning & building maintenance, testing and refurbishing of fire extinguishers and alarm system, supply of fire fighting and rescue equipment, supply of manpower for plant shutdown, supply of stationery and PVC files, supply of oilfield equipment, building construction, warehouse management, manufacturing and supply of fire rated doors and supply of marine tackles. The company is also capable in fabrication works (metal works) scaffolding for oil and gas industry and building and project management.

EV is also a known bumiputra PKK Class A and CIDB G7 contractor registered with the Pusat Khidmatan Kontraktor and Construction Industry Development Board respectively. EV enjoys good relationship with the local authorities and govermental departments such as JKR, MAB, KPM, JPS, SPNB and others and had successfully completed several prestigious projects.

was incorporated on 21st October 1996. E.V. ENGINEERING SERVICES SDN BHD. (EVESS) combines business skills, trading entrepreneurial strengths and quality comprehensive capabilities to provide services to other companies as center of purchasing division.

EV PERTIWI MARITIME SDN BHD

is a Bumiputera Company status incorporated on 17th May 1994. The Company directly involves with shipping agency shipping broker and forwarding agent activities and registered under the ministry of Finance.

PKNM OIL AND GAS SDN BHD

is a Bumiputera Company status incorporated on 20th August 1993. It is a joint venture company between Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Melaka (60%) and ELITE VENTURES SDN. BHD. (40%) and the company directly involved with oil and gas activities which registered under the Ministry of Finance Malaysia (Cert. attached).

was incorporated on 7th December 2004 with initial objective to concentrate on telecommunication activities. SINARAN WAJA COMMUNICATION SDN. BHD. (SWCSB) combines business skills, trading entrepreneurial strengths and quality comprehensive capabilities to provide products and services including installation and maintenance of telecommunication and multimedia equipment and devices.

SWCSB is a company registered with Celcom which enables the company to sell, distribute and promote Celcom's product and services.
